Mobile Single Pillar Mobile Bin Tipper for Rectangular Bins

Mobile Bin Tipper Description

BTM/150/1700/M/Rail

The mobile bin tipper is a single pillar tipper that is designed to lift and tip at a discharge height of 1700mm. The mobile bin tipper is constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, is fully TIG welded throughout and will operate on a 'dead mans handle' principle. Lifting with the mobile bin tipper is achieved by a ¾” Simplex chain driven by a motor gearbox mounted at the top of the main column. The mobile bin tipper is designed to be mobile on two fixed and two swivel braked castors and is fitted with our unique safety latch which engages automatically in the extremely unlikely event of a lift chain failure. The lifting carriage was fitted with a chute to assist pouring of the product without spillage.

Guide Rail

This mobile bin tipper was mounted on a guide rail which was bolted to the floor. The guide rail allowed the tipper to be moved to two separate tipping positions and ensured that the mobile bin tipper was positioned correctly before being operated. At each tipping position, a Ferroguard Magnetic Switch must be made before the mobile bin tipper could be operated.
