Eurobin Lift Description
This Eurobin Lift is a single pillar 200 Litre Eurobin Lift that is designed to lift and tip at a discharge height of 2050mm. The Eurobin Lift is constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel and is fully TIG welded throughout. Lifting with the Eurobin Lift is achieved by a ¾” Simplex chain driven by a motor gearbox mounted at the top of the main column. This Eurobin Lift is designed to be bolted to the floor.
Safety Guard to PD 5304:2005 Safety of Machinery
The safety guard is constructed from 40 x 40 x 3mm stainless steel box section and 3mm wire, 40mm aperture stainless steel weld mesh to meet the requirements of PD 5304:2005 Safety of Machinery. It encloses the Eurobin Lift to a height of 2200mm on two sides, 2000mm at the front, with a hinged door on the fourth side. The guard door is electrically and mechanically interlocked preventing the Eurobin Lift from operating with the door open. In addition, the guard door can only be opened when the lifting carriage is at the full down position. The Eurobin Lift control system has provision for a ‘Call for Product’ signal to be connected.

Euro Bin Lift Application Story
This Eurobin Lift was designed to lift and tip ingredients into a mixer at a Brewery. Having enclosed the Eurobin Lift with a safety guard, it was possible to automate the tipping cycle so that the operator could load and bin, send it to full tip and during this time could be usefully employed on another task.
