Dolaf Bin Hoist Description
The Dolaf bin hoist is a single pillar 600 Litre Dolaf bin tipper that is designed to lift and tip at a discharge height of 1845mm. The Dolaf bin hoist is constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, is fully TIG welded throughout and will operate on a 'dead mans handle' principle. Lifting with the Dolaf bin hoist is achieved by a 1” Simplex chain driven by a motor gearbox mounted at the top of the main column. The Dolaf bin hoist is designed such that the bin can be loaded via a hand pallet truck and the base frame is bolted to the floor.

The Dolaf Bin Hoist is designed to lift and tip the contents of a 600 Litre Dolaf bin into a grinder, mixer, blender or many other kinds of hoppers or vessels. This particular Dolaf Bin Hoist was used to lift and tip frozen French Fries into a vibratory feeder hopper at the start of a Packing Line.
