300 Litre Tote Bin Tipper Description
The 300 Litre Tote Bin Tipper is a heavy duty single pillar 300 Litre tote bin tipper that is designed to lift and tip at a discharge height of 1200mm. The 300 Litre Tote Bin Tipper is constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel, is fully TIG welded throughout and operates on a 'dead mans handle' principle. Lifting with the 300 Litre Tote Bin Tipper is achieved by a 1" Simplex chain driven by a motor gearbox mounted at the top of the main column. The 300 Litre Tote Bin Tipper is designed to be bolted to the floor. The unguarded machine is fitted with our unique safety latch which engages automatically in the extremely unlikely event of a lift chain failure.
Unguarded 300 Litre Tote Bin Tipper Electrical Control
This 300 Litre Tote Bin Tipper is fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel which is mounted on the main column. The unguarded machine has 'dead man's handle' control such that the 'Up' or 'Down' pushbuttons must be held for the machine to operate. As soon as the button is released, the machine will stop. The control panel has the facility for a 'Call to Run' signal to be connected if required.
